The taste of wheatgrass is “unique” to say the least, I would advise putting the powder into Smoothies or juice rather than just adding water like I did today, But I’m sure I’ll get used to it!
One thing you should know about Wheatgrass is its NOT the same thing as common wheat − only the name is similar. So there’s no worry about yeast or gluten allergies or intolerances.
