Benefits of Wheatgrass



The taste of wheatgrass is “unique” to say the least, I would advise putting the powder into Smoothies or juice rather than just adding water like I did today, But I’m sure I’ll get used to it!

One thing you should know about Wheatgrass is its NOT the same thing as common wheat − only the name is similar. So there’s no worry about yeast or gluten allergies or intolerances. 

So why should we consume Wheatgrass??

I’m using Urban Wheatgrass sachets but you can get wheatgrass fresh, powdered or in supplement form from most health food shops.
