Wednesdays WOD

Every 30 secs for 10 rounds : 1 negative pull up (as slow as possible)

Met-con

5 rounds for time of

4 burpee box jumps 24/20
5 push press/jerk @45/30
50m run

This is going to be one of those WOD’s that doesnt look to bad but I know is really gonna be horrible, I just know it!!

My Goal today is to RX this one, Will post later to see how I got on 🙂
